I started my Isometric Run Faster Training on 18.07.2011 & after a short period I have attained remarkable performance results as follows:
1) 1000M Endurance Run (3:41.64s ~ merely after 2 days of RF Training; previous best is 3:46.26s) Improved by 5 seconds!)
2) 1000M Endurance Run (3:37.31s ~ after 1 week of RF Training; further improved by 4 seconds)
Total Improvement in my 1000m within a week of Isometric Run Faster Training is a huge 9 seconds!!
3) 100M Speed Endurance Training (12.84s ~ after 2 weeks of RF Training; previous 100M speed endurance training performance is 13.25s ~ improved by 0.41s!!

I have received my order of Run Faster & Jump Higher Training program, CD & the resistance bands on 18 July 2011. Immediately on 19-20 July, I drilled through the Run Faster Group A & B exercises.
To my great surprise, on 21 July which is rest day I did 1000M endurance run with ease 3:41.64s which is 5 seconds faster than my last week best of 3:46.32s.
I wonder with great excitement because for just two days of Run Faster exercises drill, it is so effective!
I couldn’t wait after 2 weeks of Run Faster Exercises drill, how I will break my records in 100M & 200M.
I am 50 years old and still take part in Masters Athletics Meet.
