I would just like to thank you so much for discovering this amazing new speed training system.
I started the program with a painful/injured hip.
I also consulted a physio and he said “Do it, but if it becomes worse, stop!”
However, it was quite the opposite. My hip was 100% within 3 days, and I could go back to my sports that I had missed for several weeks.
40 yard time goes from 5.7 to 5.1 in two weeks
My 40 yard dash was 5.7. After a week it was down to 5.5; and, then after the final week of training, it was down to 5.2.
This is great for me, as a 13 year old sport fanatic. I do 5-7 sports in a season and all require some element of speed.
Rugby is my main sport. This program has got me scouted to a county side and maybe going for a higher team in the near future.
Sets school 100m and 200m record
I have also recently broke my school’s track record in 100m and 200m. I couldn’t believe my times. 100m was 12.2 and 200m was 22.1.
I would suggest this to anyone. Even if u aren’t a speed fanatic because you never know ‘there is no substitute for speed‘
I am now the fastest in my year and the two other years above at school. And i have been scouted for North England rugby.
