Isometric exercises help female athlete drop 2 seconds off her 100m hurdle time!

My daughter has always enjoyed running. She ran track events in elementary school, but she first joined a track team in 6th grade.

She has always run hurdles and shorter events up to and including the 400m. She was a natural athlete and was a top performer during middle school events.

Once she reached high school, she plateaued at about 17.4 in the 100m hurdles. She has very strong legs overall, and she was good at taking my misguided advice by conducting regular strength training exercises for her legs.

Grew frustrated with a long and heavy stride

Obviously, her legs grew stronger, but there was no improvement in speed. She ended up with a long but slow and heavy stride. She was becoming very frustrated.

I came across your website, AthleticQuickness.com as I was researching techniques to improve quickness. My daughter (V. Cox) enthusiastically began to use the bands and the isometric exercises to help with her 100m hurdle time, and the results speak for themselves.

Her coaches have been absolutely thrilled with the breakthrough in speed. While her original goal was to break the 17 second barrier, she is now within range of 16 seconds. I have three other (younger) kids, and I can assure you, they will also be using these bands.

In fact, my 8th grade daughter, who also runs track, was unenthusiastic about trying these isometric exercises. After witnessing the dramatic results with her older sister, she has begun the exercise routine herself.

But wait, there’s more!

This is a follow-up to a previous email that I sent regarding my daughter, Victoria (Tori). Previously, I informed you that she dropped over one second from her 100m hurdle time to pre-qualify for the state 3A track meet in Colorado after using your program for just under one month (from 17.4 to 16.38).

My daughter continued to use your product to train for the state track meet, including the four additional quickness exercises that you sent us.

Got even faster!

She had even further amazing results. Tori placed second in her heat of the 100m preliminaries, which qualified her for the finals.

In the finals, she ran her all time personal best and placed 4th in Colorado 3A with a 15.61 100m hurdle!

Tori dropped almost two seconds during the season with your product! To top that off, Tori runs the second leg of her team’s 4x100m relay.

Helps team place 1st!

She has improved her personal time in her 100m leg by almost one second this year, and her relay team placed 1st in the 3A 4×100 relay this year.

Thank you from a grateful and very proud dad.
