My name is “Polo” and I went on the Internet, found the Speed Training Challenge, and decided to try the Thigh Flexor Resistance Band exercise.
Before, I’d run 800 metres for 3 years, and decided to change and try my luck at the 400. I trained for half the season but just couldn’t get as fast as I wanted.
After just two weeks of this one exercise, I knocked 3.6 seconds off my Pb, and helped shatter my club 4x400m record!
Event 1: 400
Before Time 1: 53.4
After Time 1: 49.8
The results were mind blowing, I thought someone had spiked my drinks with steroids!
I would recommend this to anyone looking to run faster!
