Story: Well I was in disbelief that this program worked. It was really easy to do the workout. At first I was like ha this resistance band is gonna help me get fast pfft yeah right. Then when I did the free workout that was given to me. I was like whoa never felt this muscle before. I greatly recommend this product to athletes everywhere!

Story: I was looking all over the internet, asking my coaches and teammates how to get faster but i had no luck. I ran in the sand, did plyometrics, used parachutes AND sleds, none of them compared to the one thigh flexor exercise. I got extremely faster with just the one, so now im dying to try the other…every athlete should be apart of this program!!!

My name is Hudson im from Arizona and i loved your isometrics with the resistance band work out it was awesome!! I didnt really think it would work but then I realized i had nothing to lose so i did it. I was running a 5.1 forty when I started this and now im running a 4.9 forty and i feel way faster on the football field and my routes feel way smoother thanks for this great product and i cant wait to try out the whole thing!!!

Story: I am a freshman in high-school and i needed to run a faster 40 yard so I could play football. I am amazed at the results I saw in only 2 weeks! I really believe this works and anybody hoping to get faster should use it! Thank you again for making my dream a reality!

Here are all of my improved times:

200m: 28’s to 24.76
400m: 57’s to 52.54 (One of our team’s fastest 400m now)
500m: 1:19 to 1:14
800m: 2:20+ to a lightning fast 2:01!! (also one of our team’s fastest 800m now)

The 800m is especially awesome….I ran around 2:20’s indoor but during outdoor I dropped 19 seconds in 4 races: 2:09, 2:05, 2:04, and finally 2:01!!

Your program has made a HUGE difference my track career!

I coach kids ages 14-19 in track & field in Karlskrona Sweden. I put four of my sprinters on the sprint fast program to give it a evaluation.

All four of them have dropped there respective Personal best times anywhere between 0.4-0.7 seconds (60 Meters and 60 meters hurdles) during the winter and have all been ranked top 10-15 in the country in there respective age groups!

I can´t tell you how, but this program works and I encourage everyone to try it! Thank you

Hi I’m Dean and I’m really slow and I needed to get faster.

I am a good hitter in baseball but I could never really stretch any hits from single to double or triple.

I purchased your program and did the exercises twice a week for 2 weeks and my speed from home plate to first base dropped .5 seconds!!!! wow.

I now run a 4.7 unlike before at a 5.2. I’m going to keep working and try to get to 4.5. Thanks so much!!!

This is the BEST speed training excersice I have come across in my life to increase speed.

After two weeks of using the resistance bands, I felt my legs muscles able to contract faster and I could move easier than ever without much force.

And all I did was the thigh flexor exercise I saw in the video. Just doing that exercise got me faster.

I was very surprised because speed had always been lacking in my legs.

And I need the speed now that I’m going to play football in college.

Now I’m gonna get the Speed Training Manual so I can get even faster.

Story: my friend introduced the 2 week speed challenge to me. And like most people who are going to read this they won\’t belive how fast it makes you. I thought the idea of 3 minutes a day wouldn\’t give great results though when I was timed by my coach 2 weeks later i ran .18 seconds faster. Every hundredth of a second counts. Not only did my 40 yard sprint increase but I noticed my agility increased a lot too. Thank you for the great 2 week speed challenge. Can\’t wait to do the rest of the workouts

Follow up message: Thanks for the great program. I went from running a 4.9 to 4.72 in only 2 weeks! practically every other day for 3 minutes a day. I didn’t believe but kept on doing the workout because of my friend. I suggest this program for any athlete especially ones that want to excel in sports that involve being timed…which is practically every sport.
