I have tried the 2 week challenge which I was skeptical about but i gave it a go , before this challenge I used to do squats and leg curls to gain speed but it really just made my hamstring bigger. I play soccer so speed is a important thing when it comes to soccer .
40 yard dash : 5.78 <— Before.
40 yard dash : 5.07 <— After.
This is a huge improve and cant wait to the whole program thank very much Mr. Larry van such.
I will always use these methods off season and in season.

Story: before I joined football I thought I was fast. After the first day of practice, it fell upon me that I was number 6 or 7 in speed and since then i’ve trying to gain quicker feet.
I tried doing plyometrics such as the speed ladder but didn’t see satisfying results so I searched the net for other exercises and I found this program and decided to try it out because there was nothing to lose it was free and at the end of two weeks I could feel and see the difference in my speed.
