Story: I have been trying everything to get my forty time down. I was blessed to get the opportunity to play college football with my forty being around 5.3 as a receiver coming out of high school.
After 4 years of hard work I got it down to about 4.85 which is what someone timed me at 2 weeks ago.
I did the workout for 2 weeks and amazingly dropped my time to the mid 4.5’s from the one workout!!
I wish I had this program years ago. I am about to order the whole program to get ready for my last year of football.

Before I joined football I thought I was fast. After the first day of practice, it fell upon me that I was number 6 or 7 in speed and since then i’ve trying to gain quicker feet.
I tried doing plyometrics such as the speed ladder but didn’t see satisfying results so I searched the net for other exercises and I found this program and decided to try it out because there was nothing to lose it was free and at the end of two weeks I could feel and see the difference in my speed.
