Shawn Jackson carries the ball for a first down during a game.
I first discovered one of many AthleticQuickness.com’s speed training exercises when I was in High School. I used the simple workout from the program that literally took me from a 4.6 second 40 yard dash to a 4.5 within one week!! And let me emphasize to you that I only used ONE of the exercises that I saw in a video!
I could never find the whole program when I needed it, not sure why, but thankfully, I had remembered exactly how to do the exercise contained in the video and I just kept doing it!
I finally discovered the full program a few weeks after I graduated college while I was searching how to train fast twitch muscles. It blows my mind how many people do not know about this program as they have a lot more videos now and the results that people are getting is unbelievable.
I am now a graduated exercise science major and have done numerous projects and workouts throughout my college career. I have done many speed programs and I got only minor results from so much work!!
If you are an athlete you know it is untrue that results happen overnight. But if you can lose at least a tenth on your 40 in a few days, then that is as close to overnight as I think you can get!
I know that anyone who implements these simple workouts will without a doubt see an increase in their speed! If I would have discovered the entire program during my college career it scares me how much faster I could have been!
I plan on spreading the Athletic Quickness speed program with as many athletes as possible! I know without a doubt that this can be life changing for athletes at all levels!!!
Doing one simple exercise took a tenth of a second off my 40 alone in high school and that happened in just one week! I now have the whole program and have gotten even faster…I know you can too! This is what I recommend for you if you are looking to get quicker. Get this program now!
