Football Tailback Improves 40 yard dash Time by .25 seconds With New Training Method

As a tailback on the football team at a very athletically competitive high school, I am expected to be one of the fastest kids in the state.

My only problem: I wasn’t even close. I had trained hard, running every day and lifting, but once I got my 40 time down around 5.14, my body just wouldn’t allow me to get any faster.

After searching the internet, I found this program. As skeptical as I was, I decided to try it; if I wasted 18 minutes out of two weeks, I hadn’t lost too much time.
