I have been using the isometric resistance speed program been since December. I must say I was amazed by most of the results as a beginner.
Wins 100m, 4×100, 400m, 200m, 4x400m…just another day at the track
I competed in 5 races during my first track meet lol (100m,4×100,400m,200m,4×400) and I won them all lol.
It helped me throughout track season, I made Regional’s for the 4×400 and I was dusting everyone who used to beat me.
I had a split time of 49.4. I also competed in 200m but only twice this year because my coach wanted to use me for the 4×100, 400m, and 4×400.

This was my first year doing the 4×100,400m, and the 4×400. my 400 went from a 56 to a 51.95.
This is the only year I actually took track serious, imagine if I found this long ago.

But lets get to the point shall we. I am a graduated senior(class of 2013) athlete who still wants to play football.
I am thanking you for helping me drop my 40time to a 4.3. I have been using this band for 5 days a week at night time and I see the developments and mind blowing definitions.
Notices Other Improvements
Not only did the ISOMETRIC RESISTANCE BAND PROGRAM help my speed, but it stimulated strength to my squat.
Never would I know I’d be able to squat 365 10times for a guy who weight 158-160LBS standing at a height of 5’7.
I incorporate the bands with my other work out. I use it every night from mon-fri. Is it safe to use it through these limitations? Am I doing anything wrong is my concern? or what should I do to get even faster?
