Story: I live in Dallas, Texas and I’m working with my son and my nephew for the upcoming football season in high school. They’ve both been out of sports for years, so their 40 times have dropped. After doing the hip flexor exercises for 2 weeks, their times went from 5.28 to 5.08 and 5.74 to 5.47 in the 40!!! Excellent!!!
