My name is Dominique Eleyth and I am a 24-years old decathlete from Germany.
Some weeks ago I saw your video on YouTube and I was very skeptical whether a solid training without weights and only with resistance bands could work and make me become faster and stronger because at the above mentioned training you have to hold an isometric position without moving.
Due to some problems that I had with my backbone during winter I decided to stop training for 6 weeks.
In this period, I was determined to try your program when I would start again with my training, because in the first weeks I didn‘t want to put too much weight onto my back and to burden my spine.
So I tried your program for two weeks as you described it, and my shape came back – stronger than I expected.
My best time on flying 30m was 3.05 seconds from two years ago; and, now after six weeks without training, I run 3.02 seconds.
I also got better in pole vault because of running and rolling up faster I am able to jump with harder poles.
Improves by 3.75 meter in the pole vault!
Now I jump 4.75 m, and the whole winter I couldn’t jump higher than 4.40 m. It’s amazing.
I’m very curious or rather tense about my results after having absolved your whole training program.
