I just want to thank the guys from the AthleticQuickness.com speed training program.  I cant believe this program worked so welllllllll!  Although I had only received the trial at first I was very hesitant about this site but I went for it and boy did it work!

Sets PR in 100m and 200m in just two weeks!

Here’s my story: I used to do the 100m in 11.70.  But now, after I have done this program, while only using one exercise, not the whole thing yet, and I actually got down to a 11.20 seconds!  That’s a drop of .5 seconds! Unbelievable!

I am very grateful for the dedication the crew at athleticquickness.com put in to their work. Dropping .5 seconds in two weeks is AMAZING in sprinting!  That is very hard to get.

And my 200m …. I am speechless to be honest!   My 200m time, I used to run it in 22.20 seconds.  But again, now, after I only have been on the trial period of the speed training, my 200m time has gone down by 1 SECOND!

I ran it in 21.20!  And I haven’t done anything more than just the trial program of only 1 exercise!  Imagine when I get the real thing, guys!

I have achieved a lot and can’t thank the guys who set up the speed training challenge enough!  So I just want to thank you all…can’t wait till I get the rest of the program.  I will show you what I can do!  Thank you very much!

Check out this video I uploaded!  It is the result of the AthleticQuickness.com speed training program after just two weeks!  I ran the 60 meter dash 7 sec on the time. Had a bad start to but the program kicked in and I finish 2nd! lolz
