Story: Hey =) Well, I ever thought about being one very fast sprinter (I ran without training 12.3 on 100m) which is in my opinion not that fast, but enough for running away from defenders in football (soccer) 😉 So this site made me want to try this method, so I purchased some resistance bands and did the workout (with doubts) – I couldn\’t believe that I decreased my time by 0.8 seconds! Story: I wasn’t that fast, i mean i was fast but not that fast. so we ran 40’s at school and i got a 5.43, so i wasn’t satisfied, i saw yalls program, i ordered the RUN FASTER program and i did it.
I felt light right after the first workout, i did it the full 2 weeks, and my 40 dropped!! i was so happy. I’m still using it and i know hopefully I’ll be in the 4.8’s soon.

Story: Hello, I’m a danish soccer player. I had a injury in my rectus femoris, for seven months.
When I came back to soccer practice, everyone could out-run me, but then I found this free 8 mini course, and decided to try it.
It works!! My 100 meteres time has fallen with -1 second. It’s amazing. I recommend this program, for sure!

Story: for a long time I have try to get some speed whit musculation but I wasn’t faster.
When I try this one exercise I see, the result and that was amazing. if you want more speed try this exercise, I play football and the speed help me for the tryout.
